The Story of Force

A Little Cat with a Big Dream

Never give up. Never stop dreaming.

Force is a little rescue cat with an enormous dream: to race. Smoke, confetti, sold-out grandstands and a whole lot of heart — this is the high-energy racetrack story that three-time Formula Drift champion Chris Forsberg wrote for the kids who line up at his pit wall. It ends the only way it could: never give up, never stop dreaming.

Where the foundation began

One picture book, sold from a merch tent.

Force is a rescue cat. Small, scruffy, and absolutely certain he belongs on a podium. Chris wrote him for the kids who turn up at the pit wall already knowing exactly what they want to be.

Copies went out between runs, and kids came back the next round wanting to talk about it. That was the moment the idea stopped being an idea — the same never-give-up spirit that wins championships could put books in the hands of kids who don't have many. Every copy sold at the track goes to work for Driven to Read.
